Join us for an introduction to using SQL (Structured Query Language) to store and manage data in open source relational databases like MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite. Donuts will be available for in-person attendees!

In this workshop, we will explore the capabilities and limits of using AI to perform classical DH tasks with a focus on textual analysis, including tasks such as POS, Topic Modeling, sentiment analysis, and classification. No prior knowledge of DH methods is required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own devices and corpus of texts they want to work on.
