Join us and Dr. Robin Moore from the Butler School of Music to learn about the creation of Musics of Latin America, the first-ever OER online textbook devoted to the music of Latin America and Latinos in the United States. 

This presentation will discuss the motivations behind the project, the licensing process, the development of the website, its use of streaming media as listening examples, the text’s many interactive features and its intended audience.

Coffee, tea, and light snacks will be provided!
