Position Title: Digital Repository Assistant

Work Schedule: 10-15 hours/week. Working hours can be scheduled Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Texas ScholarWorks deposit and review, including preparing records, checking files, and supporting routine repository maintenance tasks.
- Perform manual scanning and file preparation.
- Support promotion of Texas ScholarWorks by assisting with outreach campaigns and updating informational materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Student enrolled in 6 or more semester credit hours at UT Austin.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet applications, including the ability to organize, track, and review data accurately.
We want to emphasize that although experience in certain areas is desirable, candidates who meet the required qualifications and demonstrate excellent promise are encouraged to apply and will be given serious consideration.
Working Conditions: Regular indoor working conditions. Applicant should be able to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour
