Position Title: Content Management RAMP Student Associate

Work Schedule: 10 hours/week. Working hours can be scheduled Monday-Friday, flexible hour between 8am-6pm. Work must be done on-site in the Perry-Castañeda Library (PCL).
Responsibilities:
- Perform end processing for library physical resources by applying UT Libraries stamps, security strips, spine labels, and other processing elements as required.
- Unpack and process materials in the library management system and route materials to appropriate locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Current UT Austin student with a Federal Work Study award
- Detail oriented and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity working in a library environment and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
We want to emphasize that although experience in certain areas is desirable, candidates who meet the required qualifications and demonstrate excellent promise are encouraged to apply and will be given serious consideration.
Working Conditions: Typical office and library environment. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Rate of Pay: $14.00 per hour
