Position Title: Content Management RAMP Student Associate

Position is subject to renewal each semester.

Work Schedule:  As arranged with supervisor: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, for 10-15 hours per week.

Duties: 

  • Unpack loose issues, high volume journals, and monographs
  • Create receipt of material in library system and update holdings information as needed
  • Prepare received shipments of monographs with correlating invoice and item flag
  • Provide quality control assistance on items unpacked and received 

Required Qualifications: 

  • UT Austin student enrolled in minimum of 6 credits for the Fall 2025 semester.

We want to emphasize that although experience in certain areas is desirable, candidates who meet the required qualifications and demonstrate excellent promise are encouraged to apply and will be given serious consideration.

Working Conditions: Regular indoor working conditions.

Rate of Pay: $11.00
