I serve as the initial contact for the Interlibrary Services unit, by phone, walk-in or by email. My job duties include interaction with other library departments as well as other institutions, monitoring the flow of incoming and outgoing borrowed materials, and working with student workers to complete daily tasks in the Borrowing Unit.
