As the head of user services, I coordinate research instruction, reference and research assistance for students, faculty, staff and visiting researchers from across the world. I also help with public events at the Benson. I am the Andean specialist, focusing on collection development of archives and library materials from Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador.
