If Firefox displays a message "To protect your computer, Firefox prevented this site from installing software on your computer...", press the button labeled "Edit Options..." and click "Allow" to add lib.utexas.edu to the list of websites from which extensions may be installed. Then click "Ok" and visit the "Install" link again.
Download a beta LibX plugin for Google Chrome [view a PDF how-to guide].
Note: The library staff have tested and use LibX for Chrome, but it is not officially supported by LibX and you may encounter issues.
Download the LibX plugin for Internet Explorer.
Note: The IE plugin works with IE7, but IE8/IE9, especially on Windows 7, is not reliably supported. Install at your own risk or use the Firefox browser.
There are no extensions available for Safari, Opera and other browsers not listed above.
