Liz is head librarian for the Marine Science Library at The University of Texas Marine Science Institute, Port Aransas. She oversees and manages all operations of the library, providing reference assistance, library instruction, and technical services tasks. She also maintains and develops marine science resources to support research and teaching. Liz has been an active member of the International Association of Aquatic and Marine Science Libraries and Information Centers (IAMSLIC) and the regional group SAIL, since 1993.
