The Card Dispensers in the libraries are in the process of being upgraded. Beginning September 30, 2008, the dispensers will not allow credit card transactions. Users can use credit cards for purchasing or adding value to copy cards by visiting Library Copier Services in PCL 1.102B. Library Copier Services Hours are here. We sincerely apologize for any inconvience.
Card Dispensers: Users may purchase new copy cards from card dispensers located in campus libraries or from Library Copier Services located in PCL 1.102B. The new cards purchased from the dispensers cost $1.00 and will have $0 value on them. The dispensers can be used to add value to the copy cards; they accept $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. Users can add value to the cards in whole dollar amounts, up to $50. When purchasing a new card the dispensers accept only $1 bills. They will not make change.
Copy cards may be purchased from Library Copier Services (PCL 1.1.02) using credit card, cash, or check.
UT Departments can purchase cards for $11, $21, and $51 via Inter-Departmental Transfer (IDT).
